ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Steel River Quay is a transformative infrastructure development on the South Bank of the River Tees, built to support the growing demands of offsure wind logistics. With phase one completed in June 2024 and full operational capacity from September 2025, the site provides exceptional capabilities for storage, marshalling and heavy loadout.
