Key Infrastructure Highlights

Clients benefit from the ability to reduce vessel waiting times, accelerating project delivery.

Steel River Quay’s strategic location offers significant advantages, including a package of tax reliefs designed to drive investment and growth, streamlined customs procedures and direct access to the North Sea.

Deep-Water Access

A minimum depth alongside the quay of 13.60 metres at any state of tide ensures we can accommodate large, heavy vessels, including jack-up vessels.

Heavy-Lift Capability

Heavy-Lift Capability

Our Phase 1 quay spans 450 metres and is designed with a Heavy Lift Pad (HL Pad) capable of sustaining up to 30 tonnes per square metre (30t/m²).
